My 'opera' novel, "The Singing House" is now on Kindle. Over the next couple of weeks, some bonus features to accompany the ebook will be available here. "The Courtyard in August" will follow soon.

I've also been writing on travel and opera for publications such as The Sunday Telegraph, The Times, BBC Music Magazine and Classic FM. I won an award for excellence in travel writing from Canada Media. "Journeys" features news of my latest travel and links to blogs on my favourite destinations. I tend to leave beaches and palm trees to my  colleagues prefering to specialize in Italy, France, Canada, Germany and anywhere snowy and romantic. "At the Opera" reports on opera events and links to a blog on lesser known facts on Wagner. I leave the big stuff to the big boys but did you know there's a link between Seinfeld and Wagner? 

I've lived in France, Italy and more recently have been dividing my time between London and Vancouver. I speak and write fluent French and good Italian.
